Return Policy
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:
30 Day Playability Guarantee. You may return any preowned club as long as it shows only reasonable additional wear from normal use up to 30 days from delivery date. This DOES NOT APPLY to new clubs. New clubs can only be returned in un-hit condition.
Return Shipping: We will deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund amount if you are taking advantage of the 30 Day Playability Guarantee. Any other return if the item is not as described or if we made a mistake will be covered by us.
Refund: You will receive a full refund in the form of your original payment once the returned item has been received and inspected. The refund will include the purchase price of the item(s) and any applicable taxes less any return shipping costs as specified above.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at (203) 592-3864 to receive a return authorization number and a prepaid return shipping label or email at info@clarksgolfoutlet.com
Prepare Your Package: Repack the item in its original packaging, if possible, and include all accessories, documentation, and any additional items that came with the product.
Ship the Package: Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.
Terms & Conditions
All returned items must be in the same condition as received. New items must show no use at all. Used items can have a reasonable amount of additional wear from the time you spent with it.
The return must include all parts and accessories originally provided with the product.
